以“丝路同行，青春共语”为核心主题，下设包括并不限于如下小主题：
1.文明的对话：记录古今交汇、多元文化融合的瞬间。
2.技艺的传承：挖掘古老技艺的内涵，感受传承的力量。
3.新生的文化：捕捉青少年对潮流文化的创新表达。
4.节庆的韵律：记录传统节庆的仪式感与烟火气。
5.城市的印记：发掘街头巷尾的城市肌理和人文痕迹。
6.数字的纽带：呈现科技如何创造新的连接与可能。
参赛者应立足青少年的独特视角，用影像表达对世界各国多元文化的观察与理解。
四、参赛细则
（一）参赛对象：12-20周岁在校学生
设置两个年龄组别评选，A组参赛者年龄为12-15岁，B组参赛者年龄为16-20岁；根据参赛作品类别，分为摄影组和视频组两个组别。
（二）参赛方式
参赛不收取任何费用。
参赛者下载并填写报名表，将作品与报名表发送至各班主任
每位参赛者投稿作品不超过2件。
参赛者可组队投稿（人数不得超过2人）。
参赛年龄组别以年龄较大的参赛队员为准。
（三）作品要求
参赛作品须是参赛者原创、未公开发表作品，不得抄袭、盗用他人作品。若发生版权纠纷，参赛者需承担全责;所有参评作品概不退稿。
主办单位对获奖作品享有包括但不限于书籍、报刊、杂志、影视、网络等相关媒体出版、发表的著作使用权，对被采用的作品不再另行支付稿酬。
1、摄影作品
（1）围绕主题进行拍摄创作，摄影参赛作品彩色、黑白均可，题材不限。需在电子文件上注明标题、作者及联系方式。作品须附不少于30字的文字说明（中英文皆可），阐述以“丝路同行青春共语”为主题的创作缘由。
（2）单幅（组）照片规格不小于1MB，JPG格式，参赛者需要保留图片原始信息及原始文件，以备查证，一经入选，作品需提供原片。
2、短视频作品
（1）围绕主题进行拍摄创作，题材不限，单件作品时长不得超过3分钟。中、英文之外的非通用语种作品，须添加中文或英文字幕。作品须附不少于30字的文字说明（中英文皆可），阐述以“丝路同行青春共语”为主题的创作缘由。
（2）视频分辨率原则上不小于720P，MP4格式，参赛者需要保留视频原始素材及原始文件，以备查证，一经入选，作品需提供原始素材。
（3）短视频的拍摄、剪辑均须由参赛选手独立完成。
（四）奖项设置
大赛设置奖项如下:
一等奖
摄影A组（3名）、摄影B组（3名）
视频A组（3名）、视频B组（3名）
二等奖
摄影A组（5名）、摄影B组（5名）

三等奖

（五）奖品设置
一等奖：摄影组奖金2000元，视频组奖金5000元
二等奖：摄影组奖金1000元，视频组奖金3000元
三等奖：摄影组奖金500元，视频组奖金1000元
优秀奖：参赛纪念品
主办方将视情况邀请部分获奖选手来榕参加颁奖典礼，实地参观考察福州。
主办方对大赛拥有最终解释权。

The Fifth Silk Road International Youth Photography and Short Video Competition,sponsored by 21st-Century Maritime Cooperation Committee and Fuzhou Municipal People’s Government,is now open for submissions.

Participants are encouraged to create works inspired by civilization dialogue,traditional craftsmanship,emerging culture,festive rhythms,urban imprints,or digital connections,etc.
Rules of Entry
1.Who can participate
·Open to teenagers aged between 12 and 20.
·There are two categories:Photography and Short Videos.
·Each category is divided into two groups:
Group A:Ages 12-15
Group B:Ages 16-20
2.How to participate
·Entry is free of charge.
·Submit your works via email to srcompetition2024 163.com,along with a completed application form(available on the official website).
·Each participant may submit up to two entries.
·Participants may work in teams of up to two people,with the entry classified under the age group of the older member.
3.Submission Requirements
·All entries must be original and unpublished.Plagiarism or copyright infringement is strictly prohibited,and participants will bear full responsibility for any disputes.
·Entries will not be returned.
·The organizers reserve the right to use winning works in media such as books,newspapers,magazines,films,television,and the Internet without additional compensation.
For Photography:
·Both color and black-and-white photos are accepted.
·File names should include the title,author’s name,and contact information.
·Each submission should be attached with a written description of no fewer than 30 words(in either Chinese or English),explaining the inspiration behind the works under the theme“Youthful Voices Echo Through the Silk Road.”
·Photos must be submitted in JPG format,with a file size of no less than 1MB.Finalists may be required to provide RAW or original camera files for verification.
For Short Videos:
·Videos must not exceed 3 minutes in length.
·Subtitles in Chinese or English are required if the video is in another language.
·Each submission must be accompanied by a written description of no fewer than 30 words(in either Chinese or English)explaining the inspiration behind the works under the theme“Youthful Voices Echo Through the Silk Road.”
·Videos must be in MP4 format,with a minimum resolution of 720p.Finalists may be asked to provide original files for verification.
·All filming and editing must be done independently by the participants.
