为响应国家“人工智能+”行动、把握全球AI艺术前沿，同济大学艺术与传媒学院、人民音乐出版社（上海）有限公司、法国复音现代乐团、大都会合唱团联合发起本次全球征集。本计划旨在搭建跨学科国际平台，汇聚全球创作者与研究者，共同探索AI音乐在创作、研究与应用中的未来，助力数字文化创新发展。

Responding to China’s national“AI+”initiative and global trends in AI art,the College of Arts and Media at Tongji University,the Shanghai Branch of People’s Music Publishing House,Ensemble Multilatérale and Les Métaboles launch this global open call.This interdisciplinary platform seeks to bring together creators and scholars worldwide to define the future of AI music in creation,research,and application,and to advance digital culture.
We invite creators and scholars from around the globe to submit their work.
一、核心主题与征集范畴
I.Core Themes&Scope
本次征集围绕“音乐+AI”的跨学科前沿展开，设三大核心主题：

推动AI音乐技术与人文艺术、医学、设计、社会关怀，以及蓝色生态等领域的交叉融合，创造包容性未来价值。

本次征集内容分为以下两种类型：
作品类
Creative Works
征集深度体现人机协作的AI音乐作品，鼓励对上述主题进行艺术诠释与表达。
AI music works that profoundly reflect human-AI collaboration,with unique artistic interpretation and expression of the above themes encouraged.
论文类
Academic Papers
征集围绕上述主题的学术论文，鼓励以实证、理论或思辨研究推进新认知、新方法与新发现。
Academic papers on the above themes,using empirical,theoretical or critical research to advance new insights,methods and discoveries.

（一）音乐作品
A.Musical Works
●
1.编制要求|Instrumentation
为法国复音现代乐团与大都会合唱团的1–8位演奏(歌唱)家任意组合创作，音乐家限定为：1长笛、1单簧管、1打击乐、1钢琴、1小提琴、1大提琴、1女高音、1男高音（如使用中文演唱，请加注拼音）。
Works should be composed for any combination of 1–8 performers from the following ensemble,prepared for Ensemble Multilatérale and Les Métaboles:
1 Flute,1 Clarinet,1 Percussion,1 Piano,1 Violin,1 Cello,1 Soprano,1 Tenor(If Chinese lyrics are used,please provide Pinyin).
2.AI创作要求|AI Involvement
作品须在后续论坛上进行世界首演，并将人工智能应用于创作，体现人机协作理念。AI参与形式包括但不限于：AI生成音乐动机、主题或乐段;AI辅助和声进行与配器设计;AI生成变奏、对位或发展部;AI协助结构布局与曲式规划;AI参与音色设计与电子音乐元素及其他。
Works must receive their world premiere at the subsequent forum and must involve artificial intelligence in the creative process,reflecting the concept of human–AI collaboration.AI involvement may include,but is not limited to:AI-generated musical motives,themes,or sections;AI-assisted harmonic progression and orchestration;AI-generated variations,counterpoint,or developmental sections;AI-assisted structural and formal planning;AI involvement in timbre design and electronic music elements;other AI-related compositional approaches.

为确保创作过程的透明度与学术价值，参赛者需提交：
To ensure the accuracy of the creative process and its academic value,participants must submit:
（1）完整乐谱（PDF）
Full score(PDF)
（2）音频资料（MIDI或专业制作录音）
Audio materials(MIDI or professionally produced recording)
（3）创作文档（详细说明AI在创作过程中的使用方式与实现路径）
Creative documentation(A detailed project statement explaining and documenting how AI technologies were used in the creative process)

（二）学术论文
B.Academic Papers
●
·须为原创、未公开发表的研究成果，中英文皆可；
Submissions must be original,unpublished,and written in Chinese or English.
·全文不超过10,000字，附300字以内摘要及3–5个关键词；
Full text should not exceed 10,000 Chinese characters(or 8000 words in English),with an abstract of no more than 300 words,and 3–5 keywords.
·提交匿名PDF文稿（不得出现任何作者信息）。
Please submit an anonymized PDF manuscript(with no author information).

·由音乐家、科学家与技术专家组成国际评审委员会。
Submissions will be reviewed by an international committee of musicians,scientists,and technology experts.
·入选音乐作品将由法国复音现代乐团在论坛期间举行世界首演。
Selected works will receive their world premiere at the forum by Ensemble Multilatérale.
·入选论文将在论坛公开宣读。优秀论文及音乐作品将推荐至人民音乐出版社上海分社，审核通过后择优结集出版。出版决定权归出版社及主办方共同所有。[!--empirenews.page--]
Accepted papers will be presented at the forum.Outstanding submissions,subject to editorial review,will be recommended to the Shanghai Branch of People’s Music Publishing House for publication.The final decision rests jointly with the publisher and the organizers.
